Hi, I'm Julia and I am a qualified and experienced Birth & Postnatal Doula and a certified Hypnobirthing Teacher, from Leeds, West Yorkshire. I support families through fertility, pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum. I absolutely love my job and I love supporting families, helping them to increase their chances of having a positive experience, however that looks to them.

Through my experience of being a Doula and a Hypnobirthing Teacher, I can help women to go from feeling anxious about their birth, to feeling excited. I believe that positive mindsets increase positive outcomes. I give families the tools and knowledge, that they need, to make sure that they go into their birth feeling prepared and not scared. I teach them how to feel calm, confident and in control of their birth and about becoming a new parent.

I offer various Fertility, Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal Doula support packages and I also offer private 1-1 Hypnobirthing courses, in person or online and Group Hypnobirthing courses, in Oulton, Leeds.
